First Day of School

Such a big boy! (Sniff Sniff) Ok, I am better now. Branson and I both had to get up really early in order to get him to daycare by 7:00!! This is the quick breakfast shot. (Very healthy...blueberry waffle..hehe)


My very sleepy boy in his new backpack. He wouldn't smile or take his fingers out of his mouth. He was definately not awake yet. :)

I just love the new backpack from the back. He is ready for school! :) So cute!

Dropping him off was AWFUL, but picking him up was definately the highlight of my day. He looked over and said "mama? Mama! MAMA, MAMA, MAMA" while tripping over toys to get to me. Priceless! They said he had a good day, however, he fell and cut his lip on his tooth. It bled, but they have him a popcycle and he was ok. (that is a great remedy in my book!) The second day I took him (Thursday, since he only goes two days a week) the drop off was a little better and when I picked him up they mentioned that he got a bug bite on his leg. No biggie, he always gets bug bites. My mom was with me and we put him in the car, looked at his leg and couldn't believe it. The bite was HUGE and definately not a mequito bite like I was thinking. Well, we ended up taking him to the minor emergency clinic to make sure he was ok. i know, I am slightly paraniod, but it was really big. I should have taken a picture. Anyway, the dr. said it looked like an allergic reaction and just to give him Benedryl for awhile.

We are hoping for a blood-free, minor emergency-free week this week! :)
