Pooh Sticks

Branson made up a fun new game that reminds me of a Winnie-the-Pooh story I use to read. In the story, they play "pooh sticks" by standing on a bridge, throwing their sticks over, and seeing whose stick would reach the other side first. I guess Branson's version could be called "Branson pinecones"? Hmm...just doesn't have the ring to it, does it?

Step One: Throw the pinecone into the pool as far as you can. (then Mommy can get it and put it closer to the skimmer)



Step Two: Watch for them "with your whole body" as Pappy calls it.

Step Three: Squeal with delight as the pinecone emerges into the skimmer from the pool.

Step Four: Get it out and start all over again!

Life doesn't get any better than this!
