OCA: Part Four (The Big Plants)

I was gone while Scott did a lot of work laying down the black paper (you know, the stuff that keeps the weeds from growing up into the mulch) and shovelling a HUGE pile of mulch from his truck bed to the flowerbeds. Great job, honey!

Apparently I didnt do a great job a photo documenting the planting of the "anchor" plants, either. These are all I have. Maybe I just wanted to leave you all in suspense. :)

We planted a Crepe myrtle in the middle and two oleanders on either side. They grow to be pretty big and we think they will look pretty. I am super excited! (have I said that already?)
